I cannot log out from my account.

If you are having problems logging out from the site, try deleting your cookies. How to delete cookies: Select ”Functions” in the top bar of your browser. Then select ”Internet settings” and ”Delete cookies”. Then try logging out again.

I want to delete my account

If you would like to delete your account, do as follows: Go to ”Settings” -> ”My information” and select ”Delete profile”.

My account is frozen

If your account has been frozen, there is always a reason – and you have been notified why. If you wish to complaint, please contact our support.

What does ”Frozen” mean?

If a user conducts bad behaviour or breaks the terms of use, a warning will be sent, and hopefully nothing else happens. But if the bad behaviour continues, the user's account will be quarantined for 1-5 days, and he or she will not be able to log in during this period. If this does not stop the bad behaviour, the account will be deleted.

Problems uploading pictures?

If you are experiencing problems when uploading pictures, there could be several reasons. Firstly, make sure that the format and size of the file is acceptable. Our system supports the following picture formats: JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG. Secondly, make sure that the name of the file does not include any special characters and that it only consists of letters and numbers. For example ”Mypicture-1.jpg”

What is a challenge?

Your profile can challenge (and be challenged by) other profiles. It's possible to have as much as 5 pending challenges per profile. The prize for winning a challenge is an extra vote to be used when welcoming or turning down new profiles. However, the maximum number of votes to be won is 10 per profile. Your profile will also receive a medal for every victory. Take a look at "Medals" for further information.

Medals

Medals will turn into trophies if you win a certain amount of challenges.
1 victory = 1 medal
10 victories = 10 medals = 1 bronze trophy
25 victories = 2 bronze trophies + 5 medals = 1 silver trophy
50 victories = 2 silver trophies = 1 golden trophy

I did not receive points for my victory

The results for the challenges are automatically counted every night. Try checking again the following day to see if the score has been updated.

My challenges are not accepted

If the user you have challenged haven't responded in 7 days, the challenge will automatically be annulled. It is not possible to get the annulment before the 7 days have passed.

My challenge score has changed

If you've won a challenge, where the opponent's profile subsequently has been deleted, the points will be lost.

What is ratings?

All profiles can be rated. You have an unlimited number of the different ratings to give away – except ”Outstanding”. You only have 20 ”Outstanding” votes to give away. These ratings will help us find the 20 best profiles
– so use them wisely.

I've spent all my ”Outstanding” ratings

If you've spent all your ”Outstanding” votes, you can choose to undo earlier ratings and give them away to a new profile. To change your ratings, go to ”My content” -> ”Ratings”.

Why am I not on the "Top rated" list?

To get on the list, your profile needs at least 10 ratings. It is the average score of all your ratings that determines whether or not you are one the top list.

I cannot comment on profiles

In order to comment on other profiles you must create your own. This is a precaution in order to avoid abuse.

Messages

You are able to send and receive private messages. If you do not want other users to be able to contact you or only wish to allow your friends to do this, you can change your settings here: “Settings” -> “Filter”.

What is notifications?

If something new happens you will be notified with red numbers in the top menu. The notifications could be regarding new topics in the forum, friend requests, comments or new messages etc. If you are not online, an email will be sent to notify you.

How do I block a user?

If you want to block a specific user from commenting on your content (profile, forum topics etc.) and also prevent the user from being able to send you private messages, you can use the filter functionality. Go to the user's profile and press “Add user to filter list”. If you wish to delete the user from your filter list, go to "Settings" - "Filter".

Why do I receive emails regarding new notifications?

If you are offline when you have new notifications, an email will be sent once a day. If you have a new private message, an email will be sent instantly. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can change the email settings. Just go to ”Settings” -> ”Notifications”.

How do I delete subscriptions?

If you do not want to subscribe anymore, it is possible to unsubscribe by clicking ”Settings” - ”Subscriptions”. Find the subscription, you want to delete, mark it and click ”Delete selected”. Alternatively you can click ”Unfollow” on the given topic, profile, photo album etc.

How do I unsubscribe email notifications?

If you do not wish to receive email notifications, then go to ”Settings” -> ”Notifications”. Unmark the checkboxes for the notifications, you do not want to receive emails for. Remember to click ”Save” to make sure that your changes has been saved.

Why is my profile is rejected/deleted?

It is up to the users to welcome and reject new profiles.
You can help welcoming new profiles by giving them a vote.
You can also reject a profile, if you do not think it lives up to the standards of the site.
If your profile is rejected, the reasons could be one of the following:

The pictures in the profile aren't yours – or the portrayed item is not yours.
The description given in the profile text is not adequate.
You haven't added enough pictures of your item The pictures are of poor quality You've added pictures, which says ”Pictures coming soon” Your text or your pictures are offensive.
You're always welcome to try again – Remember that good pictures and a descriptive profile text heightens your chance of acceptance.

I have a complaint regarding a user on the site

You can report other users for abuse (bad behaviour, breaking the terms of use etc.). Go to the users profile and find the box ”Abuse”. Describe the behaviour that you regard as abusive, and – if possible – send a link to the profile, forum topic etc., where the bad behavior has occurred. If you find the behaviour especially offensive you can also contact the support.
